At some point, you may have thought, I want to write a book or my life could be a story and I am sure you are right! Truth is stranger than fiction and there are so many stories to tell. But the fact is, having a great story and writing a book are two different beasts.

I live my life knowing when to lean into my strengths and when to bring in the pros so let me start by saying that I have worked with a ghostwriter for both Body Talk and my forthcoming fiction book. But that doesn’t mean I am not writing. Here’s what the process (fun, hard and in the in-between) has been like for me…and working with a ghostwriter really means.
